Indian Lake’s girls basketball team didn’t have any answers for North Union on Wednesday as the host Wildcats dominated the final three quarters for a 59-19 win in a Central Buckeye Conference game.
The Lakers fall to 4-4 overall and 1-2 in the CBC. North Union is now 5-1, 3-0.
Indian Lake trailed by just four points (14-10) after the first quarter, but the Wildcats outscored the Lakers 45-9 the rest of the way.
North Union held a 38-10 lead at halftime and a 47-17 advantage after three quarters.
Stephanie Altstaetter led the Lakers with 10 points.
In the junior varsity game, North Union won 34-20. Carly Strayer led the Lakers with 10 points.
Indian Lake is back in action Saturday at Benjamin Logan.
