Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team struggled over the final three quarters en route to a 44-24 loss to host Urbana in Central Buckeye Conference action Wednesday.
The Raiders are now 4-6 overall and 1-2 in the CBC. Urbana improves to 4-4, 2-1.
Ben Logan got off to a good start as the first quarter ended in a 13-13 tie.
However, it was all Urbana from there.
The Hillclimbers outscored the Raiders 7-0 in the second quarter to lead 20-13 at halftime.
Urbana increased its lead to 14 points (34-20) after three quarters.
Elliott Bailey had eight points to lead the Raiders. Kara Reeves and Georgia Bates added four points each.
Peyton Mounce led Urbana with 25 points.
There was no junior varsity game.
Ben Logan is back in action Saturday at home against Indian Lake.
