Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy administers the oath of office to William T. Goslee, who was sworn in as Logan County Common Pleas Judge on Thursday afternoon. He replaces Judge Mark S. O’Connor, who is retiring after more than 26 years on the bench. He officially takes office Jan. 1 although he said he has been working closely with Judge O’Connor for several months and will continue to do so after the start of the year to make the transition as seamless as possible.
