James T. Williamson, 69, of West Liberty, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.
He was born in Joplin, Mo., on Nov. 16, 1948, to the late Aaron and Doris Sawtelle Williamson.
On Feb. 2, 1973, Jim married the former Cheryl Raichle in Dayton and she survives, along with their two children, Erin (Mark) Longaberger and Matthew (Jennifer) Williamson; three grandchildren, Emery Longaberger, Wyatt Longaberger and Evangeline Williamson; and a brother, Stephen (Karen) Williamson.
A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, Jim worked as a project manager and was a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton.
There is no visitation. A memorial service begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at the First Church of God, 315 Liberty St., West Liberty, with Nate Wilcoxon officiating.
