The Indian Lake Middle School Lego Robotics team continues to get in shape this season, as the members have recently qualified for the state championship.
They continue to perform “robot rounds” to practice and track their advancement.
This year’s First Lego League Robotics challenge is called “Replay” and the theme is about exercise. Team members are tasked with using their robot to move equipment around the gym area, lift weights and even perform a victory dance at the end of the course.
Final judging will take place virtually in mid-March.
Members of the ILMS Robotics Team are Cameron Finfrock, Cameron Freyhof, Ariel Brielmaier, Cambria Tuttle, Kade Richardson and Titus Kelly.
They are coached by ILMS science teacher Jana Core and Joe Pietrykowski and Matt Radar from Honda Transmission Manufacturing.
