Troopers of the Marysville Posts of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the following traffic stops in Logan County during the Memorial Day holiday weekend:
• Matthew Triplehorn, 38, of Lima, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for speed and fail to stop for a traffic control device about 1:40 a.m. Sunday.
Troopers report he was operating a westbound motorcycle on north State Route 235 along the north side of Indian Lake when he was stopped for the traffic violation.
• Kayla Hudson, 22, of Kenton, was charged with OVI and was cited for no seat belt, left of center and distracted driving during a traffic stop about 2:35 a.m. Sunday.
Troopers report she was operating an eastbound car also along north S.R. 235 on the north side of Indian Lake when she was stopped for a traffic violation.
• Seth Peterson, 20, of Columbus, was charged for a drug violation and was cited for speed during a traffic stop about 8:50 a.m. Saturday.
Troopers said he was operating a westbound car on U.S. Route 33 near State Route 292 when he was stopped for a speeding violation. Drugs were seized from the vehicle.
• A summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and a citation for no seat belt was issued to Nicholas Clark, 31, of Lakeview, during a stop about 8:20 a.m. Friday.
Troopers said Clark was operating a southbound car on north S.R. 235 on the north side of Indian Lake when he was stopped for a traffic violation and drug paraphernalia was discovered.
• Troopers issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia to Jessica Biederman, 30, of Kenton, during a stop about 4:50 p.m. Friday. She was a passenger in an eastbound vehicle that was stopped along U.S. 33 near the Union County line for a speed violation.
Drug paraphernalia was discovered on Biederman, troopers said. The driver of the vehicle was cited for the speed violation.
