Ethan Philip Zack, 23, of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, as a result of an automobile accident near East Liberty.
He was born in Bellefontaine on Jan. 29, 1994, and is survived by his father and stepmother, Keith and Angela Zack of Bellefontaine and his mother and stepfather, Sheila and Mark Travis of Springfield.
He also is survived by his girlfriend, Brianna Fink of Kenton, and her children, Allyssa, Adrienna, Dustin and Gabriella; one brother, Tony Raya of Lima; grandparents, Phil and Susan Zack of Huntsville and Mike and Sandy Stevens and Marilyn Travis, all of Springfield; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nancy Zack and Robert and Peggy Dumke.
Ethan was a 2012 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School and a 2014 graduate of Hocking Technical College. He worked as a yard driver for Midwest Express. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends as well as hunting, fishing and motorcycling. In his free time, he enjoyed the time spent with his girlfriend and his family.
Pastor Brian Borton officiates a funeral service at noon Thursday, Sept. 28, in the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine, where visitation is two hours prior. Burial follows in Fairview Cemetery, McDonald Township.
