Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office arrested three suspects following two narcotic enforcement operations executed Thursday and Friday.
George Gregory Valdez Miguel 21, of Columbus, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Weapons Under Disability following a search that turned up large amounts of suspected methamphetamine, along a loaded 9mm handgun, a .223 caliber rifle and a .223 caliber pistol.
Friday, deputies conducted another narcotic enforcement operation in the 1500 block of County Road 235 that resulted in the arrest of Kimani Vernon Lamarr Thompson, 27, and Jamie Gail Kidwell, 41, both of Columbus, on charges of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine. A large amount of methamphetamine was recovered during the operation.
