Three people were charged Sunday after a 12:35 a.m. traffic stop in the 200 block of west Sandusky Avenue.
Adam C. Thanasiu, 28, of Sylvania, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for failure to drive in the marked lanes of the road and driving too slow.
Passengers Maranda J. McKinley, 27, of Columbus, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest, and a third person whose record has since been expunged, was charged with public intoxication.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department observed the motorist, while northbound on Main Street, drive across the center line in the 100 blocks of south and north Main. He then stopped at Sandusky and turned wide westbound. At Detroit Street, he continued westbound in the left turn only lane and was pulled over.
He declined to participate in field sobriety tests and was peaceably taken into custody.
Ms. McKinley was arrested after she exited the vehicle and would not follow officers’ orders to get back in. She struggled with officers and only complied after she was threatened with a Taser.
• Tonja M. Parsley, 48, of 429 Seymour St., was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and child endangering. She was cited for driving under suspension and no headlights.
A passenger Monica Munger, 34, of 410 N. Detroit St., was charged with having an open container in a motor vehicle.
Around 12:10 a.m., Ms. Parsley was observed driving northbound in the 200 block of south Main Street with no headlights on.
She was stopped in the 100 block of north Main.
Officers noticed an odor of alcohol while talking with the driver.
They report front seat passenger Ms. Munger had a case of beer between her legs and Monica Lehmon, 207 E. Buckeye St., Belle Center, was in the rear seat with her 20-month-old child.
Field sobriety tests indicated Ms. Parsley was impaired and she was taken into custody. Her breathalyzer sample was recorded at 0.11.

Brad E. Doseck, 36, at large, was arrested Sunday for possession of drugs and illegal use of drug paraphernalia.
He was one of two passengers in a sport utility vehicle operated by Leiah Lehman stopped around 6 p.m. on suspicion of drug activity.
The defendant illegally possessed prescription drug strips for opioid addiction and a pipe for smoking crack cocaine.
He was lodged in jail.
