Dylan Crawford, 22, of Bellbrook, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia related to a traffic stop early Saturday morning.

Officers of the Washington Township Police Department stopped his vehicle about 1:50 a.m. in the area of U.S. Route 33 and State Route 708 for a marked lanes violation.
Upon making contact with the driver, signs of intoxication were observed. Crawford submitted to a field sobriety test and was subsequently placed under arrest for OVI.
A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. Approximately 25 drug paraphernalia pipes and marijuana dabs were located.
Dylan was transported to the Logan County Jail and refused a chemical test. He also was cited for failure to drive in marked lanes.
• Justin Blevins, 34, of Lima, was charged with OVI and was cited for speed during a traffic stop about 1:25 a.m. Saturday.
Officers on patrol in the area of US Route 33 and Township Road 94 observed his vehicle driving 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver, Blevins, signs of intoxication were observed.
He failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the Logan County Jail, where he tested a 0.126 blood alcohol content.
• Trenton Thomas, 32, Independence, Ky., was charged with OVI and cited for speed during a traffic stop about 7:25 a.m. Friday.
Officers on patrol in the area of State Route 235 and County Road 13 stopped his vehicle for doing 68 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Upon making contact with the driver, Thomas, signs of intoxication were observed. He submitted to field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for OVI.
He was transported to the Logan County Jail and refused to submit to a chemical test.
