Carolyn A. Kreglow, 71, of Huntsville, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead related to a non-injury three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on State Route 368.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report she was operating a northbound sport utility vehicle about 10:05 a.m. near Township Road 292 when she struck the rear of a northbound car operated by Kayli A. Lewis, 25, of Huntsville, that was stopped in traffic.
The impact caused the Lewis car to strike the rear of a trailer being hauled by a pickup operated by R.S. Snider, 65, of Russells Point, which reportedly had stopped in the road to allow wildlife to cross the roadway.
Damage was light to the car, SUV and to the trailer being hauled by the pickup. Each of the drivers and occupants was wearing a seat belts or were properly restrained in child safety seats.
