Sean Henry, 56, of Jamestown, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of marijuana relating to a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department received a report about 2:15 p.m. from the Village Pantry, Russells Point, in reference to an intoxicated person that was in the business and left in a vehicle.
An officer on patrol located the vehicle on State Route 366 near Montgomery Drive east of Russells Point. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Henry.
Signs of intoxication were observed. Henry submitted to field sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest. Marijuana was located on his person.
Henry was transported to the Logan County Jail and refused to submit to a breath test. The Logan County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
