The Bellefontaine City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. April 12 to discuss changes to the city Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area ordinance.
The meeting is open to the public and it will be conducted in council chambers of the Municipal Building, 135 N. Detroit St.
