Bellefontaine’s girls tennis team dropped a 5-0 decision to visiting Jonathan Alder in a Central Buckeye Conference match Thursday.
The Chiefs are now 2-13 overall and 1-12 in the league. The Pioneers, who are currently tied for first place in the CBC, improve to 11-1 in league action.
“They are a good team,” said Bellefontaine head coach Jim Stein. “I thought our girls were much more competitive this time than they were last time. I continue to see some good improvement from the girls.”
