Calvary Christian’s soccer team advanced to the Ohio Christian Schools Athletic Association final four after defeating New Hope Academy 3-2 on penalty kicks Monday to win the regional championship.

The win improves the Spartans to 17-0 and marks the third time they have reached the state final four.
The Spartans’ Jon Salmonowicz sent a corner kick to Tyler Reinhard, who found the back of the net for Calvary’s only score of the first half. Calvary would carry that 1-0 lead into halftime.
