Ben Logan BPA students qualify for national competition
Benjamin Logan High School seniors Madison Jones and Avery Braun and junior Sarah VanDyke placed second in their team competition at the Business Professionals of America State Competition in Global Marketing March 8, and have earned a spot at the National BPA Competition in Dallas during May.
They created a 10-page document and presented a 10-minute presentation about how a tiny home construction company can operate in the United States and eventually expand globally.
This is the first time in seven years that BLHS will be represented at the BPA national level.
ILHS BPA student advances to national competition
Indian Lake High School senior Cameron Daniels placed second in business law and ethics during the recent State Business Professionals of America contest, earning him a trip to the National BPA competition in Dallas in May.
Fellow Indian Lake High School students Kale Shoffner, Delaney Woods, Jennifer Kaffenbarger, Lindsay Berg and Aubrey Grider also competed at the state contest at the Columbus Convention Center.
The group is part of Indian Lake High School’s Ohio Hi-Point Business Satellite. They are advised by business educator Lisa Coburn.
