Benjamin Logan’s baseball team came up big in extra time Tuesday as it edged host Indian Lake 8-4 in eight innings for a Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division win.

The Raiders are now 6-1 overall and remain unbeaten in the CBC Mad River division at 4-0. The Lakers slip to 3-4, 2-1.
Ben Logan took a 3-0 lead after the third inning, but Indian Lake cut into that lead after scoring two runs in the bottom of the fourth inning. That left the Raiders ahead 3-2.
The Lakers jumped in front after plating two more runs in the bottom of the fifth inning for a 4-3 advantage.
The Raiders tied the game at 4-4 with a run in the top of the sixth.
After a scoreless seventh inning, the game went into extra innings.
It didn’t take long for Ben Logan to seize control as it scored four runs in the top of the eighth for an 8-4 lead.
Indian Lake was unable to answer in the bottom of the eighth.
