Thirty-four students represented Benjamin Logan High School in the Business Professionals of America Region 16 Workplace Skills Assessment Program contests at Ohio Northern University.
BLHS was represented on stage 27 times with top 10 finishes. Eleven students have qualified for the state contest in Columbus during March. State qualifiers include: Junette Ly, Austin McGowan, Nathan Harmon, Sami Meeker, Jacob Dougherty, Briar Elliot, Averi Lane, Lylli Kelley, Bella Lowe, Addison Scott, and Emily Williams.
The goal of the Workplace Skills Assessment Program is to provide all students with the opportunity to demonstrate workplace skills learned through business education curricula.
Students prepare for and compete in contests under six Assessment Areas including: Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Digital Communication & Design, Management, Marketing & Communication, and Health Administration.
