Benjamin Logan High School’s Business Professionals of America Chapter recently hosted a dodgeball tournament, raising $310 for the Special Olympics of Logan County.
Students paid $1 to participate and compete by grade level during homeroom time in celebration of Career Technical Education week. To conclude the fundraising event, the Logan County Braves joined students in the dodgeball fun by watching and participating.
The funds will go help pay for participation fees and uniforms for the Logan County Braves softball team.
BPA members Sabrina Lloyd, Madison Jones, Lauryn LeVan, DJ Stone, Coreen Crosby, Sarah VanDyke, and Avery Braun organized the event under the guidance of advisers Mandi Wood and Jim Fawcett.
