Morgan E. Wilcoxon, 24, of 1113 Township Road 185, Bellefontaine, was charged with falsification and disorderly conduct following an incident Saturday evening at Froggy’s at the Lake, 11065 Township Road 293, Lakeview.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office who were working a special security detail at the bar received a report of an altercation between a man and a woman on the patio about 9 p.m.
While deputies were speaking with Wilcoxon and her boyfriend, Garrett Pickering, 25, she at first refused to provide identification and told deputies that her name was “Jasmine.” She also admitted that she had slapped Pickering during their argument.
Upon further questioning, Wilcoxon became irate with deputies and they eventually determined her real name. She was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail.
• Aaron J. Rice, 24, of 209 W. Miami St., DeGraff, was charged with disorderly conduct and was issued citations for driving under OMVI suspension, driving under non-compliance suspension and driving under a 12-point suspension related to an incident Saturday.
Deputies responded about 209 W. Miami St., DeGraff, about 1:20 p.m. to speak with his sister, Megan Kaeck in reference to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint.
She told dispatchers that she had permitted her brother to use her vehicle, but had instructed him to return her vehicle by 1 p.m. that day.
However, when deputies arrived at the home, the vehicle had been returned and Rice was also at the property.
An argument also was taking place between the brother and sister. Deputies said Rice’s behavior continued to escalate and he made threats toward his family. He was placed under arrest and transported to the jail.
Kaeck, 23, of 9815 Carlisle Pike, DeGraff, also was issued a summons for wrongful entrustment related to allowing her brother to operate her vehicle with the license suspensions.
