Benjamin Logan’s softball team scored the go-ahead run in the seventh inning to pull out a 3-2 win over Indian Lake Tuesday in a local Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division game.
The game was originally scheduled to be played at Indian Lake, but the game was moved to Ben Logan because of wet field conditions.
The Raiders move to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in the CBC Mad River division, while the Lakers drop to 2-5, 0-3.
“It was a great win for the team,” said BL head coach John Stahl. “We were a little short-handed tonight. We had several girls playing new positions, but they all did a fantastic job.”
