West Liberty-Salem’s girls track and field team continued to roll as it dominated a six-team meet at home Tuesday against Triad, Calvary Christian, Greeneview, Northeastern and Bethel.
The Tiger girls ran away with the meet after scoring 186 points. The Rams claimed the runner-up spot with 118.5 points, the Cardinals were third with 78.5 points, the Jets were fourth with 74 points, Bethel was fifth with 44 points and the Spartans scored four points.
Greeneview claimed the boys meet with 151.5 points, Northeastern grabbed second with 119 points, WL-Salem finished third with 96.5 points, Triad took fourth with 50 points, Bethel was fifth with 38 points and Calvary Christian was sixth with 33 points.
Seniors Caylee Karg and Morgan Freyhof powered WL-Salem girls by each winning two individual events and contributing to a pair of two winning relay teams.
