West Liberty-Salem High School graduates the Class of 2022 during commencement exercises slated for 7 p.m. Sunday, May 29, at Tiger Stadium.
No reservations are needed for the outdoor event. In the case of rain, the graduation will be moved indoors, with limited seating.
Megan Adams is leading the class as valedictorian, and Isaac Reames is the salutatorian. They will be recognized during the ceremony by High School Principal Greg Johnson, who also will address the graduates.
Rounding out the top 10 students for the Class of 2022 are: Hallie Smith, Mandilyn Weaver, Naomi McGill, Kierra Gilroy, Micah Stoner, Emily Hollar, Aubrey Williams and Brady Forsythe.
Class President Jocelynn Kennaw will offer a welcome address to those in attendance and Class Secretary Brandon LaRoche leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
Class Treasurer Hayden Miller will offer a closing address. Tate Yoder will lead his classmates in moving their tassel at the end of the ceremony.
Recognized for their military service includes Class of 2022 members: Marenna Cox, U.S. Marine Corps; Samuel Erne, Ohio Army National Guard; Isaac Reames, Ohio Air National Guard, Matthew Roach (posthumously), U.S. Navy; and Gage Scott, U.S. Air Force.
Fellow class officers are: Holden Shafer and Hallie Smith, co-vice presidents.
