Melissa Marino of Thompson, Dunlap and Heydinger LTD was retained as solicitor for the Village of Zanesfield following action taken at the regular meeting this week.
Her fee was set at $1,000 per year.
Season Wall was appointed to the vacant council seat and was sworn in by Mayor Justin Johns.
