Lakeview wins two tourney games
Lakeview defeated Bellefontaine I 16-6 on Saturday and later defeated Bellefontaine II 12-3 to advance to the loser bracket final in Pony League tournament action.
Offensively for Lakeview against Bellefontaine I, Kason Carruthers went 2-2 with three RBI, Caden Hyder went 2-4 with two RBI and Tyler Slayter had two RBI.
Brice Hyder pitched five innings and recorded six strikeouts.
In the second game, Dolan Miller led Lakeview over Bellefontaine II. He earned the win on the mound with 10 strikeouts and had two hits on offense.
Also for Lakeview, Slayter went 2-4 with two RBI, Hyder hit a double with two RBI.
For Bellefontaine II, Caleb Williams went 2-3.

Indian Lake wins tournament
The Indian Lake 10-and-under travel baseball team recently went undefeated to win the Vernon Murphy All-Star tournament in Springfield to claim its third consecutive tournament championship.
Indian Lake defeated Graham 7-6, Triad 6-2, Graham again 11-7 and beat Springboro in the championship game 11-10 in eight innings. Alex Barhorst drove in the game-winning run for the Lakers in the finals.
Tourney winners
The Indian Lake 10-and-under travel baseball team recently won the Vernon Murphy All-Star tournament in Springfield. The Lakers went 4-0 to help claim their third straight tournament title.
