Amber N. Nistelbeck, 30, of 214 Pratt St., Apt. 9, was charged today with domestic violence.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department arrived at the residence around 12:25 a.m. and found her on the porch. She appeared to be intoxicated while speaking to officers.
She allegedly threw an ash tray at Dwayne K. Johnson and it struck him in the face.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
