Deputies went to Berner’s address in attempt to locate her, but could not find her there, and responded back to the S.R. 720 address. Miller told deputies that Berner was calling her “non-stop” and deputies spoke with Berner on the phone. However, she reportedly refused to cooperate and told deputies that she was headed to Florida.
She was located a short time later by deputies in the area of Holly Drive. She was placed under arrest and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
