Robin L. Parmer, 31, of 116 W. Chillicothe Ave., was charged Saturday with persistent disorderly conduct and lodged on a probation violation.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report she was at Kelsey Thomas’ residence in the 600 block of Cooper Avenue and wanted to leave around 9:40 p.m. after an evening dinner and drinks with her friend.
Thomas would not let her drive home which upset Parmer. Officers found Parmer outside in a vehicle with apparent signs of intoxication and called for her husband to come and pick her up.
While waiting, she began to yell profanities at Thomas. She ignored officers warnings to stop. She also cussed at her husband when he arrived on scene.
She was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Laced marijuana sickens teen
Destiny Holbrook, 14, of 541 W. Auburn Ave., was lodged on a juvenile probation violation Thursday after she became ill from smoking methamphetamine laced marijuana.
Officers and a Bellefontaine squad responded to her residence around 9 p.m. and she admitted to smoking marijuana. After she began to vomit and pass out, she was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment.
Her sister learned that the marijuana had been laced with methamphetamine and provide the information to officers and medical personnel.
Destiny was lodged after she was cleared at the hospital.
Loud music leads to charge
Gregory Skaggs, 58, of 741 Euclid St., was charged Sunday with disturbing the peace.
Officers were at his residence at 12:50 a.m. and told him to turn down his sound system which was blaring music that could be heard in a cruiser with it windows up a block away.
He failed to comply with their orders and was issued a summons. It was noted in reports Skaggs received repeated warnings for disturbing the peace during the summer.
