West Liberty-Salem’s strong start to the season has helped the Tigers secure a favorable spot in the first set of weekly computer ratings released by the OHSAA on Tuesday.
The Tigers (4-0), who are ranked 11th in the latest AP state poll, are currently sitting fourth in Division VI, Region 24.
Bellefontaine (3-1) is holding the seventh spot in Division III, Region 11, while Indian Lake (3-1) is eighth in Division V, Region 18.
Ben Logan (2-2) is holding the 15th spot in Division IV, Region 14.
In Division VII, Riverside (2-2) sits in fifth, while Triad (0-4) and Ridgemont (0-4) are tied for 22nd.
The top eight teams in each region at season’s end qualify for the playoffs.
