The Indian Lake High School Music Department takes guests on an undersea musical adventure in Walt Disney’s The Little Mermaid at 8 p.m. Friday, March 4, and 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, March 5, in the high school auditorium. Admission is $8 per seat and tickets may be ordered in advance by calling 686-7645 or by email at [email protected]. They may also be purchased at the box office from noon to 8 p.m. today and Thursday or noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Friday.
This production of the Disney adaptation of the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale features seniors Kim Garrison as Ariel, Michael Mallory as Prince Eric and Sarah Wahl as Ursula. Other supporting characters are James Toda, Sebastian; Justin Young, Skuttle; Colin Powers, Flounder; Gabe Reichert, King Triton; Blake Wright, Flotsam; Jacob Zarnosky, Jetsam; Tylor Burt, Grimsby; Cameron Daniels, Chef Louis; and Ariel’s sisters played by Isabella Barnes, Belle Elliott, Megan Huffman, Hannah Kilgore, Rachel Kimmel and Emma Powers.
The musical is directed by Joyce King, with choreography by Becky Taylor, orchestra by Jason Fauley, set by Ed Rogers, and costumes created by Sarah Dague and Suzanne Headley.
