Wendell K. Irick Jr., 46, of 316 Eaton St., was charged Friday with failure to disclose one’s personal information and Chase M. Burks, 21, of 430 Seymour St., was charged with persistent disorderly conduct after officers tried to investigate a reported fight outside the Irick residence.
Irick would not provide his information and Burks became upset when officers arrested Irick.
Both suspects had been drinking alcohol, officers report. Both were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
