Jeffrey L. Kissling, 44, and Jacqueline A. Niebuer, 51, both of 402 1/2 E. Columbus Ave., were charged Thursday with criminal trespassing.
Witnesses spotted the two rummaging through a neighbor’s possessions stored on a porch during a house fumigation.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department confronted the two at their residence and retrieved the items around 11 a.m.
Employee faces theft charge
Carl J. Arehart Jr., 20, of 1308 Superior St., was charged Wednesday with theft.
A recent internal audit at Wal-Mart, 2281 S. Main St., revealed the store employee did not pay for a 32-inch television after it was scanned on Sept. 19 and then voided out by a cashier.
When confronted, he admitted he knew he did not pay for the television.
