Steven R. Glass, 28, of 1000 Garfield Ave., Lot 20, was charged Tuesday with domestic violence.
Rebecca A. Savidge, of the same address, was at Mary Rutan Hospital seeking treatment around 8:40 p.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report
She reported the two were arguing and she flailed her arm into a window, breaking it and cutting her left arm. The argument escalated further and the suspect began to throw her around the residence, and at one point, put her in a choke hold.
Glass was interviewed and was served a summons before he left the residence with his son.

• Caleb E. Jacobs, 22, of 715 W. Chillicothe Ave., Apt. 6, was charged today with domestic violence and served a warrant for failure to appear.
Around 2:55 a.m., officers were called to the residence. The suspect was stopped while driving in the area of Sandusky and Garfield avenues.
He is suspected of hitting his girlfriend, Cheyenne L. Gregory, and her stepfather, Jeffrey C. West, of the same address. Officers took photographs of the injuries to West and noted Gregory had bruising around her eyes.
