A Bellefontaine woman and a Chicago man were taken into custody on warrants as officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department stood by while a bail bond company attempted to locate a fugitive at about 8 p.m. Thursday.
Stephanie Driscol, 44, of 1088 Heritage Court, was arrested warrant for failure to appear during the incident at the Heritage Court apartments while Darryl Herron, 22, of Chicago, was served grand jury warrants for drug possession and trafficking charges, officers report.
A fugitive recovery team with Castle Bail Bonds was looking for another individual with outstanding failure to appear warrants when officers recognized Mr. Herron.
They were taken to the Logan County Jail.
