Several area bowlers competed in the Division II district tournament Thursday at Beaver Vu Lanes in Beavercreek.
The top four individuals and top four teams in the boys meet advanced to state and the top three teams and top three individuals for the girls tournament advanced to state.
Leading the way was Triad’s Madison Dolby, who finished second overall with a 591 series to earn a state qualifying spot. Dolby rolled games of 210, 207 and 174.
Dolby will compete in the Division II state tourney next Friday at Wayne Webb’s Columbus Bowl.
