Three people were arrested Tuesday as part of ongoing Bellefontaine Police Department investigation.
Lodged in the Logan County Jail on warrants for receiving stolen property: Brittany N. Kossel, 18, of 122 N. Park St.; Jonathan J. Coleman Jr., 18, of 122 N. Park St.; and
James L. Coleman, 24, of 816 Heritage Court, Apt. 11., who also was charged with possession of marijuana after turning over a plastic bag with marijuana during his arrest.
Ms. Kossel was located at her residence while the Coleman brothers were located at the Heritage Court residence.
• Duane Weaver, 52, of 415 Garfield Ave., Apt. B, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct for his actions during a doctor’s visit to Mary Rutan Internal Medicine, 2231 Timber Trail, on Thursday. He allegedly became enraged when a doctor refused to prescribe pain relievers.
• Aaron R. Slaven, 35, of 1991 County Road 34, DeGraff, was lodged Tuesday on a probation violation.
