Terry K. Hoylman, 66, of West Liberty, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, in his home.
He was born May 10, 1950, in Urbana, and was a graduate of West Liberty-Salem High School. He served his country in the United States Army. Terry retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation as a supervisor. He was a member of Mad River Masonic Lodge 161 F&AM and the Bellefontaine VFW. He enjoyed coaching, hunting, trapping, boating, four-wheeling and NASCAR.
Terry is survived by his loving companion, Cindy Oelker; his sons, Jared (Sabrina) Hoylman and Brandon Hoylman; his grandchildren, Ace, Valerie, Stephanie, Natalie and Cade Hoylman; his sister, Teresa (Jerry) Stenger; his brothers, Tom (Alexa) Hoylman, Michael “Cork” (Linda) Wallace, Jay (Lori) Wallace, David (Debbie) Wallace and Jeff Hoylman; and his 12 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.K. Hoylman, and his mother, Janet (David Sr.) Wallace.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday Nov.28, in Vernon Funeral Home, Urbana, where Masonic honors will begin the funeral service at 7 p.m. The Rev. Lee Ortman officiates and military honors will conclude the funeral service, provided by the Logan County Veteran’s Honor Guard.
