COLUMBUS — Groundbreaking ceremonies took place Monday for Wilson Place, a $25 million mixed-use development at the corner of Lane Avenue and High Street, considered the gateway to The Ohio State University’s north campus.
Schiff Properties is the developer of the 128,000-square-foot, six-story facility which will include three levels of underground parking, 12,000 square feet of retail space, and 65 two-bedroom apartments for upper-class students.
Thomas & Marker Construction Co. is the contractor for the project.
“The project,” said T&M President Randy Marker, “is both a technical and logistical challenge.
