A suspect was arrested Thursday for reportedly firing a weapon that injured an Indian Lake-area man outside the Pink House, 600 Jay Ave.
James Miller Johnson III, 30, was served warrants for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and for possessing weapons under disability, a third-degree felony.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department have charged him with striking Joshua Anderson, 28, with a single bullet following a June 10 altercation at the bar.
The victim was transported then to a Columbus-area hospital for treatment of injuries sustained to his left hip.
The suspect reportedly fled the area at the time. Officers served warrants Thursday at the Allen County Jail where Johnson had been lodged on a probation violation.
He was transported and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
