Richard D. Tenaglia, 67, who resides at Kamp-A-Lott, 1888 S. County Road 25, Zanesfield, was issued a summons for theft Tuesday related to a reported theft of utilities.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office received a report Tuesday from John Jones, manager at the campground, who said that the power cable from lot 617 had been moved to lot 618. He advised that the meter at 618 does not work and no permission had been granted to move the power cable.
Deputies spoke with Tenaglia, owner of the 617 lot, who was staying at his other residence at lot 31. He advised he did not know who would have moved the power cable. He was issued the summons.
