West Liberty-Salem surrendered a seven-run second inning to visiting Fairbanks on Tuesday and the Tigers could not recover en route to an 11-7 loss in an Ohio Heritage Conference softball game.

The Tigers fall to 14-8 overall and 10-5 in the OHC. The Panthers improve to 10-11, 7-6.
After Fairbanks had their seven-run explosion in the top of the second, the Tigers came back with a pair of runs in the bottom of the second to make the score 7-2.
