Santa Claus took a break from feeding the reindeer and making toys to visit West Liberty Friday night for the Christmas in the Village event. After creating a stir around the downtown during the annual Christmas parade, Mr. Kringle aka Santa settled into his designated location — a gazebo next to townhall — and greeted area children with a friendly smile and listening ears.
