Riverside Board of Education members unanimously approved a motion during their regular rescheduled Wednesday evening meeting for the school district to withdraw from the Logan County School Employee Consortium, effective at the end of 2017.
The district, along with Benjamin Logan, Indian Lake and Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, first formed the consortium by joining together at the beginning of 2014 for a wellness incentive-based, self-funded insurance model, as previously reported in the Examiner.
