ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Association for Career and Technical Education announced this week that Stephanie Jolliff, Ridgemont Local Schools teacher and FFA adviser in Mt. Victory, is the recipient of the 2018 National ACTE Carl Perkins Community Service Award.
This award recognizes individuals who have used career and technical education to make a significant impact on their community and demonstrated leadership in programs and activities that promote student involvement in community service.
Stephanie Jolliff has served as the agriculture instructor and FFA adviser at Ridgemont since 2005, where she has coached students and teachers to create and engage in more than 1,800 hours of community service annually and has written more than $250,000 in grants to conduct service projects.
