Dr. Mike Terrill of Minneapolis, a 1979 graduate of Ridgemont High School, received an Alumni Recognition Award from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine during homecoming weekend.
A son of Dean and Linda Terrill of Ridgeway, Dr. Terrill received his doctor of veterinary medicine from OSU in 1986, and a master of science degree in integrated food animal management systems from the University of Illinois in 1988.
He has been president and CEO of Topigs Norsvin USA, a global leader in swine genetics since 2012. The company genetically influences one out of every seven pigs professionally raised nad harvested in the world through its innovation and worldwide breeding infrastructure.
