Ohio Hi-Point Career Center Superintendent Dr. Rick Smith speaks to attendees Thursday afternoon at the district’s groundbreaking ceremony for a $34.96 million renovation project led by Monarch Construction of Cincinnati. Over the next 18 months, the project will include a new entry drive leading to the renovated entrance and new career program spaces for the Health Careers Academy, Culinary Arts and Cosmetology labs, and centralized student services area and assembly space.
