Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were called to an empty residence in the 800 block of Garfield Avenue after a neighbor observed people using flashlights to go about the property around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
There was evidence of a break-in, but nothing was reported missing by the owner.
