Riverside’s volleyball team handled visiting Fairlawn for a three-match sweep Saturday 25-13, 25-17, 25-18 in non-league action.
The win improves the Pirates to 6-2 on the season.
Marissa Davis paced Riverside’s attack with 17 kills, Aubrie Stillings had four solo blocks and an assist and Kristin Davidson led the team in serves received.
Fairlawn won the junior varsity match 26-24, 25-19. For the Pirates, Sierra Snow had seven points, eight assists, two kills, was 27-28 setting and 12-13 hitting, Macia Manahan had six points, two kills and was 10-11 hitting and Jordyn Marshall had seven digs and was 10-11 on serves received.
