A big first quarter propelled Riverside’s boys basketball team to a 58-24 win Friday over host Hardin Northern in a Northwest Central Conference game.
The Pirates move to 2-2 overall and start league play at 1-0. The Polar Bears fall to 0-2, 0-1.
“I think that we finally came out with the fire and energy that we have needed for the past few games to be successful,” said Riverside head coach Seth Bodenmiller. “I was really happy with the way our guys played and our scoring balance as well.”
