Phyllis May McGee Predmore, 80, passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2020, at Memorial Gables in Marysville.
She was born in Bellefontaine on May 17, 1940, to the late Woodrow Wilson McGee and Mable Leona Miller McGee. On June 8, 1973, she married Gerald Predmore, Sr. at Bellefontaine Church of the Brethren.
Phyllis spent several years working for Green Hills nursing facility and Loganview Contract Cleaning and later started her own cleaning service alongside her sister. She was also a homemaker and enjoyed raising chickens, gardening, and cooking. She was a devout Christian and was a long-time member of the Church of the Brethren.
Phyllis is survived by two children, Gerald (Jennifer) Predmore, Jr. of Marysville and Mark Faulder of Wapakoneta; six grandchildren, David Faulder, Andreis Faulder; Amber Shaner, Jacob Predmore, Thomas Predmore and Isaac Predmore; several great-grandchildren; and sister, Janet (Jerry) Predmore of Belle Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Predmore, Sr.; her daughter, Phyllis Denise Faulder; one grandchild, Lance Faulder; three brothers, James (Junior) McGee, Earnest McGee, and Leonard McGee; and one sister, Kathleen Tackett.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St. in Bellefontaine, where Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service at 3 p.m. Burial will follow in Rushsylvania Cemetery.
